Very impressed with the 24hr staff who served us even though our family reached very late (after midnight 1am); he addressed my husband by his name so politely 😀 The family room we were allocated was so spacious and clean, simple like muji style.. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows n 4 towels/toothbush sets.. Appreciate☺️☺️ Simple hot breakfast provided from 8am onwards, with bread/eggs/coffee/tea was provided.. Biscuits at the counter was available 24 hrs.. Very generous.. Thk u

Chose Hako as it was the closest hotel to my university for my graduation at an affordable price point. For a family of 7, Id say its worth my money. Not only that, the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful in my enquiries. As for the rooms, upon first entry, it was clean and organized. Overall, my family and I had a great time at Hako Hotel.

The receptionists were kind to us when we arrived, and our room was clean and large enough for 4 people, not to mention, we can fit even 6 people if bring our own mattress. Breakfast was provided without any additional charges. Overall, it is a 10/10 hotel, the only problem is it is quite far from restaurants to have dinner for people without car.

Love the interior! We booked a room for 3 adults, so comfy with the clean bed sheets, wooden style platform beds and got kettle with many complementaries despite the low price they offer. The toilet also so clean. Even the iron so near to our room and they also prepare some light breakfast for their customers on the lobby.

For a 2 star hotel, facilities were amazing. No odd musty smell. Fresh white linen for all the beds. Rooms were clean. Toilets were clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was very much appreciated. Coffee, tea, juice and assorted biscuits available throughout the day! Nice! Overall a pleasant stay!
